Your Mission as a Foundation Repair Installer in Training to Foreman
You will play a key role in helping our customers and clients feel secure and confident in the stability of their foundation for years to come. Using our proven systems and expert methods, you’ll deliver top-quality repairs that protect homes and commercial structures while building your own skills. This position is designed as a progression role with the expectation that the employee will advance into a foreman position in a short period of time. Continued employment is contingent upon the employee’s ability to retain training, apply instruction, demonstrate leadership capability, and meet performance standards as responsibilities increase. Failure to meet these expectations may result in demotion to an installer position or termination of employment if no alternative position is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation work using company-approved methods under the foreman’s direction
- Complete projects efficiently while meeting quality standards and timelines
- Safely operate and handle tools, equipment, and materials always
- Load and organize trucks with tools, materials, and equipment
- Manage time effectively to keep jobs on track
- Support other crews, including assisting with the water mitigation division as needed
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of skilled or semi-skilled labor experience (or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience) required
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment
