Insituform Technologies, a leading provider of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation solutions and part of Azuria Water Solutions, is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will oversee municipal water and wastewater infrastructure rehabilitation projects from pre-construction through project completion. You will partner with field crews, subcontractors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

What You'll Do
- Manage municipal construction and rehabilitation projects from project startup through closeout.
- Provide leadership and oversight related to safety, quality, production, and project performance.
- Conduct pre-bid site visits and assist with project planning and execution strategies.
- Partner with field crews and subcontractors to ensure projects meet production goals, schedules, and profitability targets.
- Attend customer meetings, including pre-bid, pre-construction, progress, and project closeout meetings.
- Prepare, submit, and track project submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
- Assist with project scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- Support subcontractor selection, scope development, and contract administration.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery to project sites.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of construction project management experience; OR
- 5+ years of progressive field construction management experience managing multiple projects and budgets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with municipal, water/wastewater, utility, or heavy civil construction projects preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with Primavera, JD Edwards, or similar project management software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed.
