Position Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner

Greet guests and provide a welcoming, positive experience

Schedule and coordinate service appointments

Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text

Support daily front-office operations
Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred (but not required)

Strong communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, text)
