Responsibilities
- Verify all incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, labeling, and documenting orders with precision to meet customer expectations.
- Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely to move goods within the warehouse.
- Implement process improvements in shipping & receiving workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline operations management.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio Driver's License.
- Familiarity with materials handling procedures based on customer orders.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail in order picking accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams.
