Inside Sales Rep Details:

Direct Hire position

$33,280.00 to $70,000.00 /annually

Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through consultative sales and account management.

Generate new business opportunities by identifying customer needs and presenting customized product solutions.

Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with production, customer service, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity
Inside Sales Rep Qualifications:
-
3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.
