What You’ll Do
Create an Exceptional Client Experience
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls and ensure clients feel cared for and directed properly
- Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting office environment
- Assist with client service needs and follow-up coordination
Support Advisors & Growth
- Assist new advisors with applications and underwriting documentation
- Track paperwork and help move cases forward efficiently
- Support advisors with administrative tasks that keep their businesses running smoothly
- Help maintain internal systems and processes
Be a True Team Player
- Support office events, meetings, and trainings (setup, logistics, coordination)
- Jump in wherever needed — no job too big or too small
- Help create a positive, high-energy office culture

Pay: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
