What You'll Do
As a Food Truck Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and/or closing the food truck.
- Baking our signature empanadas to perfection.
- Serving pastries and crafting espresso drinks.
- Providing excellent customer service with a smile.
- Using POS systems to process orders accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive communication style
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
- Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable; retail or grocery store background is a plus
