We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a difference in people's homes and businesses. At Sparkly Green Cleaning Co., we believe cleaning is about more than appearance—it's about giving our clients peace of mind.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and offices
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Safely use company-approved cleaning products and equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Arrive on time and communicate effectively with clients and management
- Report maintenance issues or damage observed during cleanings
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cleaning experience is not required—we are happy to train the right person.
