Patient Care Coordinator
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients at the Spa Medicca Centerville location. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in all interactions. This position will have responsibilities for the front desk check in and check out process, for the guest relations experience, appointment coordination, and product sales. The hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, and the schedule per day will vary. Some days will be 7:30am - 3:30pm, and some days will be 12pm - 8pm. Must be able to work between those scheduled hours.
Job Requirements
Prior customer service, guest relationship experience
Prior experience in a healthcare setting
Prior experience with working with HIPAA Privacy rules
Prior experience working with Medical software
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
