Responsibilities
- Safely operate taxis for various transportation needs.
- Navigate using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals at designated locations on local routes.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions about routes or destinations
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during every shift.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times, route changes, or delays while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and chauffeur license are required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated adherence to traffic regulations and state transportation laws.
- Prior experience in customer service roles involving client communication is preferred.
