Position Summary:
As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and present personalized solutions. You’ll serve as a trusted guide through the system replacement or upgrade process, helping customers make informed decisions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer comfort needs
- Recommend and present HVAC solutions in a clear, professional manner
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth process
- Manage customer information and follow-up through CRM tools
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC or in-home sales preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
