The Tricia Cichosz Agency with Rural Mutual Insurance is seeking a licensed, experienced Service Associate who can step in, take ownership, and confidently manage client service needs in a growing, relationship-focused agency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, and operating independently without constant oversight.
What You’ll Do
- Handle day-to-day client service needs, including:
- Policy changes
- Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- ID cards
- Billing inquiries
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
- Answer coverage questions and support client decisions
- Work directly with underwriting and internal support teams
- Help maintain strong client relationships and retention
What We’re Looking For
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License (required)
- 3+ years of insurance experience in an agency or similar role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Compensation & Schedule
- $23–$28/hour (based on experience)
- Bonus potential
- Flexible part-time or full-time schedule
