Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

We are seeking two dependable Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy services throughout Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek, Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach, North Lauderdale, and nearby Broward County communities.
This position offers the opportunity to work individually with children while helping them strengthen communication, social interaction, self-care, independence, and other important daily living skills. RBTs will deliver services under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and follow treatment programs developed around each client’s specific needs.
We are looking for candidates who are consistent, attentive, patient, and comfortable working closely with children and their families. Successful team members should be able to follow clinical directions, maintain accurate records, arrive reliably for scheduled sessions, and communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors.
>> Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in accordance with the client’s approved treatment plan.
- Apply behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition procedures as instructed by the supervising BCBA.
- Record session data accurately and monitor progress toward established clinical goals.
- Support the development of language, social skills, adaptive behaviors, daily routines, and functional independence.
- Prepare clear and timely session notes after each scheduled service.
- Report relevant changes, concerns, and client progress to the supervising clinical team.
- Collaborate respectfully with parents, teachers, daycare staff, and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
- Attend required supervision meetings, competency reviews, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Protect client privacy and comply with all ethical, clinical, and agency requirements.
- Client and Service Information:
- Clients may include children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, or other developmental and behavioral conditions.
- Sessions may take place in homes, schools, daycare centers, or community-based settings depending on the client’s authorization and treatment needs.

Children with neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism and ADHD.
Services may be provided in the client’s home, school, daycare, or community setting.
>> Qualifications
- Fluent English (Required) | Very Important | A Must
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States.
- Broward County provider badge or eligibility to obtain the required clearance.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Pompano Beach and surrounding areas.
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and meet scheduled service commitments consistently.
