What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers as they arrive.
- Guide customers through vehicle features and options.
- Learn about current inventory and promotions.
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Record customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams.
- Participate in training and dealership events.
