WINE BAR ATTENDANT — Sweet Brewnette | 200 Navy Blvd, Panama City Beach, FL
Sweet Brewnette is a woman-owned coffee and wine bar bringing our award-winning experience to Panama City Beach — and we're looking for a Wine Bar Attendant who can hold their own on both sides of the bar.
You'll be responsible for wine and beer service from pour to presentation, guiding guests through our selections with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm. Our food program — fresh baked pastries, housemade breads, charcuterie boards, flatbreads, and lite bites — pairs beautifully with what we pour, and the ability to make thoughtful pairings for guests is a big part of what makes this role special.
This isn't just a pour-and-move-on position. We want someone who creates an experience — someone who can read the room, engage a first-time visitor, and make a regular feel like family.
This role is wages plus tips.
What you bring:
Prior wine or bar service experience, working knowledge of wine varietals and beer styles, comfort with responsible alcohol service (TIPS certification is a plus or willingness to obtain), a warm and polished presence, and the ability to stay composed and attentive during peak hours. A genuine passion for hospitality is non-negotiable.
We operate 6am–8pm with full and part time shifts available. We're a tight-knit team that respects each other and takes pride in the work. If you love what a well-run bar can do for a guest's day, we'd love to meet you.
