We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic logistics and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain processes, optimizing inventory levels, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytical tools and methodologies to support demand forecasting, procurement, production planning, and logistics management. The Supply Chain Analyst role is to develop and optimize an inventory purchasing plan with the end goal of maximizing inventory turns while minimizing out of stocks. This person ensures there is a balance between having sufficient inventory levels to meet customer demand without having a surplus. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to forecast customer orders and develop a supply chain strategy to meet those demands. This role helps ensure that inventory levels are consistently met in a cost-effective manner, dictates necessary purchase orders related to stock and custom inventory to purchasing, and manages all product information for active SKUs with high attention to detail.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) to maintain stock levels, minimize out of stock instances, and improve inventory turns
· Develop and implement effective forecasting models to accurately predict customer demand
· Manage customer orders and inventory levels to ensure customer requirements are met
· Monitor customer service levels and identify areas for improvement
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal customers
· Coordinate the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) monthly meeting with sales leaders and product management to drive supply chain strategies and effective forecasting of materials
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction
· Develop and implement inventory control policies
· Assist in the development of new products and services
· Analyze customer trends and develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction
· Implement effective processes that minimize Excess & Obsolescent inventory
· Collect, analyze, and interpret purchasing and vendor data as needed to optimize processes and make planning decisions.
· Ensure accurate purchasing records and cost data in ERP system
· Organize all critical product information for existing and new products
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred) or 2-5 years of supply chain related experience.
· Solid foundation in supply chain management.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
· Experience in Kanban Inventory management preferred.
· Requires direct experience in purchasing and inventory management and knowledge in supply chain strategy, with the ability to execute across all functions in supply chain management.
· Detail-oriented, accurate and organized work style.
· Consistently act with a sense of urgency to achieve organizational performance goals.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Excellent communication and time management skills.
· Fluent in Mandarin preferred but not required
· Experience in Netsuite ERP System preferred
· Experience using inventory forecasting / MRP tool preferred
· Self-starter, comfortable working independently and with others.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Able to sit for extended periods of time throughout employee’s workday.
· Ability to type and view/use a computer throughout entire workday.
· Manual dexterity.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
