We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Manager / Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position with candidates preferred in the Eastern Time Zone to align with core business hours.
The Lead Manager is responsible for responding to inbound leads, conducting outbound follow-up calls, qualifying opportunities, nurturing long-term prospects, and setting high-quality appointments for our acquisitions team. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a genuine desire to help people through important life decisions.

This is a relationship-driven sales role requiring empathy, emotional intelligence, active listening, and excellent communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Response & Qualification
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, and inquiries using speed-to-lead best practices
- Conduct outbound calls for lead follow-up, nurturing campaigns, missed contacts, and aged leads
- Qualify and disqualify prospects based on motivation, timeline, property condition, and overall fit
- Determine readiness and identify opportunities to move sellers forward in the sales process
- Gather accurate information and document all interactions thoroughly
Sales Process Execution
- Follow established sales systems and processes consistently
- Build trust through empathy, curiosity, and active listening
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover seller needs, goals, and motivations
- Overcome objections professionally and confidently
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the acquisitions team with well-qualified prospects
Relationship Building
- Create genuine connections with sellers through effective communication
- Adapt communication style to build rapport and trust quickly
- Help sellers feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process
- Educate prospects on available solutions and next steps
CRM & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Update lead stages, statuses, tasks, and follow-up schedules
- Execute consistent follow-up strategies to maximize conversion opportunities
- Ensure no lead falls through the cracks
Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Speed-to-lead response times
- Contact and conversion rates
- Appointments set
- Appointment attendance rates
- Contracts closed from appointments you generate
- CRM accuracy and documentation quality
- Consistency of follow-up activities
QualificationsRequired
- 1–2+ years of experience in phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting, call center sales, or a related role
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience qualifying leads and conducting discovery conversations
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to work standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Preferred
- Real estate or real estate investment experience
- Experience scheduling appointments for high-ticket services or complex sales processes
- Background in high-volume outbound calling environments
- Familiarity with consultative sales techniques
