Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during the overnight shift.
- Monitor and update guest accounts accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and internal communications efficiently.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
- Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services such as concierge requests, room assignments, and information dissemination.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring a welcoming environment throughout the night.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in guest relations, hotel experience, or hospitality management is preferred.
