Medical Receptionist – Daniel Eye Care
Daniel Eye Care is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team in Auburn, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, collecting payments, managing patient records, and assisting with daily front office operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Previous experience in a medical, dental, optical, or customer service setting is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
