Kitchen Prep / Dishwasher – Fast-Paced Kitchen (Reliable People Only)

Pay: $15/hour (based on reliability and performance)
This role is the backbone of the kitchen.
If you’re not consistent, don’t like to move fast, or avoid hard work — this is not for you.
If you take pride in staying busy, keeping things clean, and supporting a team, you’ll do well here.
Cutting and prepping fresh vegetables daily (onions, peppers, lettuce, etc.)
Preparing basic food items to support the line
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
Making sure the line always has what it needs during service
Taking direction and moving with urgency at all times
Strong work ethic — you stay moving, not standing around
Reliable — shows up on time, every shift
Able to work on your feet for long periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
Team player — you support the kitchen, not slow it down
No experience required — we will train the right person
Must be dependable (attendance matters here)
Must be willing to clean — this is part of the job
Must move with urgency
Day, night, and weekend shifts available
Flexible scheduling, but reliability is required
Steady hours and consistent work
Opportunity to move up into line cook or leadership roles
