Creekside Performance Center is growing and we are excited to add a dynamic and outstanding team member to assist with patient care coordination. We are looking for a friendly, upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet & assist clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
- Collect and apply payments for patients
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance information
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and managing correspondence
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the team
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Customer Service experience (Chiropractic knowledge is a plus but not required.)
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Dependable with excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
- Shifts vary Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. (No weekends or holidays)
- Shifts range from 5-9 hours per day
- Expected to work 25-35 hours per week
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $13-$16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
