Job Summary:
Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team at Juan Valdez Café. The manager will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of quality and service, and create a welcoming environment.
The main responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare or serve hot or cold drinks.
- Clean a sanitize store area.
- Describe menu items to costumers o suggest products.
- Offer and sell promotions.
- Defrost or reheat and serve food.
- Receive and process costumer payments.
- Receive or stock supplies or retail products.
- Open and close the register and cashflow.
- Able to lead and supervise the shift.
- Order supplies follow up with vendors.
- Report maintenance or product needs.
- Control and manage inventory.
- Schedule.
- Monthly Reports
- Lead the team during the shift.
- Upload invoices.
Requirements:
- Experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and understanding of coffee products.
- Understanding of administrative duties.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
