Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation

Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal control processes

Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members

Enhance reporting processes, systems, and internal controls

Provide variance analysis and financial insights to leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

6+ years of progressive accounting experience

Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
