Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: $75,000–$85,000/year + bonus and competitive benefits
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices
- Experience working in a unionized environment with Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Support employee relations, benefits, HR policies, and compliance
- Manage confidential employee records and sensitive HR matters
- Coordinate performance reviews, employee surveys, and HR programs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and exit interviews
- Assist with California employment law compliance and required reporting
- Support labor relations within a unionized environment
- Promote employee engagement, development, and a safety-first culture
- Partner with employees and leadership to support organizational success
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM, PHR, SPHR, or PHRca); HRIS/ERP experience; and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
