Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Delaware Special Education Teacher license (required for consideration)
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized, small-group, and whole-class instruction according to IEPs and curriculum standards
- Assess student progress, adjust strategies, and provide timely feedback to support growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective, student-centered supports
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student achievements, goals, and strategies
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom culture that encourages personal and academic growth
Highlights and Structure:
- Full contract from August 25, 2026 through June 8, 2027
- 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Schedule varies by student level:
- Elementary: 8:30am–4:00pm
- Middle School: 7:10am–3:10pm
- High School: 7:15am–2:45pm
- Select assignment location: choose from multiple elementary, middle, and high school sites based on your interest
