We are a national fitness equipment delivery and installation company, with our newest location covering the Salt Lake area. Our goal is to provide the best possible fitness equipment delivery and installation for our customers and partners.
We are seeking a motivated delivery & installation technician to join our team in Salt Lake City. As a Install Technician, you will be responsible for providing delivery and assembly of various fitness equipment to our customers. Your attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform delivery of and assembly of a variety of fitness equipment.
- Heavy lifting required.
- Troubleshooting, repair or replace defective parts, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.
- Test equipment after assembly to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of installations.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service repertoire, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environment to make quick decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented very important.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Organizational skills to manage tasks, maintain inventory, and keep accurate records.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new equipment and assembly techniques.
- Must be able to pass a background test and possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to comfortably lift 70lbs
