Elementary Teacher - 3rd Grade
South Bay Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our growing team for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Support the school's mission and values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; degree in Education or a related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree and previous experience in education
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
