- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing service, account management, business development, or a related role.
- Previous experience managing customer relationships within a plumbing service environment required.
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
- Existing relationships within the Denver commercial facilities market strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or service management software preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Expected base salary range: $75,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
