Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
- Assist in menu planning and suggest daily specials to enhance customer satisfaction
- Serve food promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards and customer expectations
- Support catering events or special functions by preparing meals and managing serving stations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or catering environments is highly preferred
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills
- Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining standards is advantageous
