Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Promote and upsell products and services
- Must be able to meet daily, weekly , monthly quotas
- Must be able take incoming and outgoing phone calls along with making out bound collection calls and sales calls.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
