Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot issues
- Carry out residential projects to maintain the aesthetic quality of Property.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or team members.
- Maintain Grounds, equipment, Building and minor maintenance of homes.
- Mowing / Weeding
- Snow Plowing- Experience a MUST
Skills
- Previous experience in manufactured homes is preferred.
- Excellent leadership abilities.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform residential tasks as part of facility upkeep. Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
