Job Overview
Supreme Septic Services is seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a Septic Installer / Repair Technician. This role is ideal for someone with experience operating heavy equipment who is looking to build a long-term career in the septic and wastewater industry.

Responsibilities
- Must have Septic Installer License in Indiana or Kentucky
- Operate excavating equipment (mini excavators, skid steers, etc.) for septic system installation and repairs
- Assist with installation of septic tanks, distribution boxes, and lateral lines
- Perform repairs and replacements on existing septic systems
- Read and interpret basic site plans and layouts
- Maintain proper grading, trenching, and backfilling practices
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers on-site
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment (excavator experience preferred)
- Construction, excavation, or utility installation experience is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
