As an Entry-Level Account Manager, your training will help you connect with customers who need low-latency, reliable internet. The Entry-Level Account Manager will also learn how Quantum Fiber's symmetrical speeds and consistent performance give customers the edge they need, then meet with customers who are looking for dependable connectivity solutions.
Role Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Manager
- Guide customers toward Quantum Fiber solutions by assessing internet usage, streaming habits, and smart home connectivity needs.
- Support customers throughout service registration, account setup, installation coordination, and onboarding with exceptional attention to detail.
- Translate fiber internet technology into practical, everyday benefits that help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Recognize opportunities to recommend faster internet packages, enhanced Wi-Fi coverage, and account upgrades that improve customer value.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding connectivity solutions while maintaining a positive, relationship-focused sales experience.
- Expand customer relationships by delivering trusted guidance, outstanding support, and personalized Quantum Fiber sales recommendations.
