Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of technology sales and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Engage with potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and online meetings to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize House call pro to track sales activities, manage leads, and update customer information accurately.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
PAY:
$400.00 a week salary plus commission,
Commission is based on sold clients
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with a strong background in technical or technology sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with House call Pro or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to business development and a passion for achieving sales goals.
This position is for growth for our commercial division in the restaurant industry. any knowledge in food and beverage or restaurant is a plus.
