Open the Parish Hall & Church
Unlock and light the Parish Hall, Cloister, and Sanctuary. In summer, set Parish Hall AC to 70–72° and open windows when temperate. Walk through to clear any trash or hazards, then clean and sweep as needed.

Ready the Hall for Formation
Make coffee and set out supplies. Arrange tables and chairs properly and wipe them down before class begins.

Host & Support Fellowship
Put out snacks, beverages, the coffee caddy, and paper products. Receive and arrange potluck items from parishioners, and stay on hand for restocking or cleanup. Afterward, clean and refill the caddy and napkin holders, wash and return dishes, package leftovers for Monday's Food Pantry, and wipe down and sweep the kitchen and hall.

Reset & Secure the Buildings
Arrange tables and chairs for Monday's Food Pantry, take out trash and recycling and replace liners, and check and tidy the restrooms. Collect bulletins and stray items from the pews for recycling, close the windows, set summer AC to 75°, turn off all lights, and lock every door.
