The Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations - Employee-Owned Company will be responsible for:
- Managing hospitality renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for owners, hotel management teams, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing contract administration, subcontractor management, change order negotiation, and project documentation.
- Coordinating field operations with superintendents and project teams to ensure efficient execution while minimizing disruption to active hotel operations.
- Leading project meetings, providing regular progress updates, and preparing reports related to cost, schedule, quality, and project status.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents to support successful planning and execution.
- Managing project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, pay applications, invoicing, and monthly forecasting.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control requirements, and company policies at all stages of construction.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive successful project outcomes and support future business opportunities.
- Mentoring and supporting project engineers and other junior team members while fostering a collaborative project environment.
- Traveling to project sites as needed to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

The Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations - Employee-Owned Company will have:
- 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, hospitality renovations, interiors, or occupied-space projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Strong experience overseeing subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change orders, and monthly reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with owners, clients, architects, and field personnel.
- Experience coordinating preconstruction efforts, procurement, scheduling, and project closeout activities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
- Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools such as Procore, Autodesk, Sage, Timberline, or similar platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.
- A client-focused mindset, strong leadership abilities, and the flexibility to travel as needed to support project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
