Job Title: Teacher (Educational Child Care) (Infants, Toddlers, or Pre-K)
Location: Mission & McAllen sites
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Are you a professional educator looking to join an elite team?
Are you an "A-Player" who believes child safety and 100% compliance are the minimum standard? Are you looking for a positive, drama-free culture where you will be respected, developed, and not have to pick up the slack for co-workers who are on their phones?
If you are a high-performing person who is serious about your work, we are the place for you.
Innovative Child Development Center is a high-excellence, high-accountability organization. We are not an "easy" place to work. We are a professional center, and we are looking for the best. We invest in our team and are committed to a culture built on mutual respect and a shared mission.
Our Non-Negotiables (Please Read Before Applying)
This is a high-accountability environment. To be successful here, you must be 100% on board with the following. We are upfront about these rules because the A-Players we hire live by them.
- Zero-Tolerance on Cell Phones: This is a 100% cell-phone-free workplace. For the safety and supervision of children, personal devices are not permitted in classrooms or on playgrounds. This is a non-negotiable policy.
- 100% Compliance: You must be able to follow all Texas Child Care Regulation (CCR) Minimum Standards, all the time, with no exceptions.
- Reliability: You must be on time, in uniform, and ready to work for every scheduled shift. We have a professional call-out policy that is strictly enforced.
We have a culture of developing staff and leaders - we will train the right candidate.
If you are an educator who feels relieved to see these rules, you are the person we are looking for.
