We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract House Cleaner to join our team! Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Travel to and from customers homes using own transportation
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces and materials
- Communicate professionally with clients in english to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure proper manual handling techniques during heavy lifting or moving furniture to prevent injury
- Keep track of cleaning supplies inventory and replenish as necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning
- Must have own transportation
- Must have own smart phone
- Must have or purchase own supplies and equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, and sanitation procedures
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Must purchase business liability insurance
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and safety protocols
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and work environments
- Must have availibility during the week, sometimes on short notice
Pay: $24.40 - $29.39 per hour
