About the Role
Dhillon Law Group is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Houston office. The successful candidate will manage complex tort and personal injury litigation, including Multidistrict Litigation (MDL), while working on high-value cases from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of civil litigation
- Handle complex tort and personal injury cases
- Work on Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Develop litigation strategy
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support teams
- Maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active Texas Bar License (Required)
- 3–7 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong tort litigation experience
- Excellent courtroom advocacy skills
- Outstanding legal writing and research skills
- Ability to independently manage litigation matters
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency
- Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) experience
- Trial experience
- Additional Bar admissions in New Mexico or Nevada
- Personal injury litigation experience
