Position Overview
We're seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in East Nashville.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver exceptional therapeutic massage tailored to each client's goals.
- Educate clients on self-care and wellness recommendations when appropriate.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Help create the calm, welcoming atmosphere that defines our studio.
- Participate in occasional community events and studio initiatives.
Qualifications Required
- Active Tennessee Massage Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
- Professional, dependable, and client-centered
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for therapeutic massage and continued learning
Preferred
- 2+ years of professional massage experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in a boutique wellness practice or healthcare setting
- Additional continuing education or specialty certifications
