Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Manage client consultations to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services or products
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations to maximize results and satisfaction
- Handle retail sales confidently by upselling other services , lash products, and other beauty essentials during appointments
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are strictly followed to provide a safe environment for clients and staff
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have prior experience applying lash extensions (basic experience required).
- Must hold a valid Florida license as a Cosmetologist, Facial Specialist (Esthetician), Full Specialist, or other license legally permitting the application of lash extensions. This is an absolute requirement.
- Must provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, professional experience for every client.
- Must follow all company protocols for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Additional training will be provided in advanced wispy lash styling and other industry-leading techniques.
- Must be eager to learn, grow, and continue developing new skills.

- Employment is contingent upon signing a one-year employment agreement/contract.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week
