Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and efficiency in their properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and maintain plumbing components related to HVAC systems and refrigeration units.
- Use hand tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to repair or replace faulty parts efficiently.
- Conduct routine property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs needed, and preventive maintenance recommendations while providing exceptional customer service.
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills for heating and AC systems
- Good communication skills with homeowners
