Are you an experienced landscape installer looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company?
Idaho Curbing & Landscape is hiring experienced installers to help us build beautiful outdoor spaces throughout the Treasure Valley. This is not a specialized position focused on a single service. Instead, we're looking for versatile team members who enjoy a variety of outdoor construction and landscape work and want the opportunity to continue developing their skills.
We are open to hiring multiple team members with experience in landscaping, irrigation, concrete curbing, hardscaping, and lighting.
For the right person, there are opportunities to lead crews and take ownership of specific service areas as we continue to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and strengths, responsibilities may include:
- Landscape installation and renovation
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Rock, bark, soil, and sod installation
- Irrigation and drip system installation and repair
- Custom concrete curbing installation
- Paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fire pits
- Landscape lighting and permanent lighting installation
- Excavation, grading, drainage, and site preparation
- Operating compact equipment and trailers
- Training newer team members
- Communicating professionally with homeowners on-site (lead-level)
- Keeping jobs clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in landscape construction, outdoor construction, or related trades
- Comfortable learning and performing multiple types of installation work
- Self-motivated, dependable, and production-minded
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Friendly and respectful with customers and teammates
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work for up to 10 hours per day
- Able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
- Able to reliably arrive on time and contribute to efficient starts
- In possession of a valid driver's license and phone
The following experience is a plus:
- Irrigation systems
- Concrete curbing
- Hardscaping and pavers
- Retaining walls
- Lighting
- Equipment operation

Idaho Curbing & Landscape is growing, and we’re hiring for an experienced curbing installer.
We specialize in custom concrete curbing, landscaping, hardscaping, and permanent outdoor lighting, helping homeowners create beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor spaces across the Treasure Valley.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:
- Installing custom concrete curbing from prep to finish
- Running curb machine and maintaining mix consistency
- Hand-finishing, texturing, stamping, carving, and sealing
- Laying out smooth, flowing bed lines and transitions
- Maintaining clean control joints and quality finish standards
- Supporting behind-the-curb rock, irrigation, and landscape enhancements
- Training newer installers and laborers
- Leading daily production and directing crew workflow (lead-level)
- Communicating professionally with homeowners on-site (lead-level)
- Ensuring jobs stay clean, efficient, and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in concrete curbing installation
- Skilled in layout, machine operation, and hand finishing
- Detail-oriented with pride in clean curves and professional results
- Self-motivated, dependable, and production-minded
- Friendly and respectful with customers and teammates
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work for up to 10 hours per day
- Able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
- Able to reliably arrive on time and contribute to an efficient start
- In possession of a valid driver’s license and phone
- Crew leadership, towing, or equipment experience is a plus
