Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Experience with welding and fabrication
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
- Ability to read and write in English
Must have a full set of tools required to perform job duties

Experience working with driveline, powertrain, or hydraulic components
- Background in diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial repair environments
- Exposure to components such as PTOs, pumps, or winches
