Teaches Oral Language Development / Literacy core subject areas at the SWTX Eagle Pass Extension Center aligned with the Adult Education Content Standards or English as a Second Language (ESL) Integrates EL-Civics curriculum, Digital Literacy, Financial Literacy, Workforce Literacy, etc. [evening position] Responsible for maintaining lesson plans, attendance records, student evaluations and student progress portfolios. Develops Learning Plans to promote goal-setting and address deficiencies and strengthen academic student achievement. May deliver contextualized instruction in conjunction with Integrated Education & Training classes. Work rules, code of conduct and other policies are part of the essential functions of the job.
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
