We're looking for a talented and experienced Nail Artist/Nail Technician to join our friendly, family-oriented boutique salon. This is a great opportunity for a motivated nail professional who already has an established clientele and is looking for a beautiful, supportive salon to continue growing their business.
Nail Artist Requirements & Skills
- Valid Cosmetology or Nail Technician License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician or Nail Artist
- An established client following is strongly preferred, as our boutique salon operates primarily by appointment and has limited walk-in traffic
- Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, hard gel, dip powder, nail extensions, and nail art
- Knowledge of professional nail products, tools, and sanitation procedures
- Up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques
- Friendly, professional, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience
- Creative with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
Full-time and part-time positions available.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend services, colors, and designs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized workstation
- Properly disinfect and sterilize all tools and equipment in accordance with state regulations
- Stay current with new products, techniques, and industry trends
- Recommend retail products and additional salon services when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
