Responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to pediatric Med/Surg patients.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Follow all hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Requirements

- Active Ohio RN License (or Compact License if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Pediatric Med/Surg RN experience
- Current BLS Certification
- PALS Certification preferred
- Strong pediatric assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
