Position Summary We’re hiring an Insurance Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for people who enjoy working with others, are eager to learn, and want a defined career path in insurance account management and client advising. No prior insurance experience required—company-sponsored training and licensing support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients (individuals, families, small businesses) to explain insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts; maintain proactive, regular client communication.
- Complete applications, policy renewals, endorsements, and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Track client needs, follow up on open items, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams.
- Participate in ongoing training, licensing preparation, and performance coaching.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Dependable, organized, and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable receiving mentorship and following a structured development plan.
- Able to manage time across client interactions, documentation, and training activities.
Qualifications (Minimum)
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred but not required.
- Customer service, sales, or administrative experience is a plus—not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required licensing exams.
- Reliable transportation for in-person client meetings and office attendance.

Compensation range: $60,921.25 - $104,700.00 per year.
