Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
- Scoop and serve gelato according to company standards.
- Learn our products and confidently answer customer questions.
- Keep displays stocked, clean, and organized.
- Restock cups, cones, toppings, and supplies throughout the day.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness throughout the shop.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods.
- Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has at least one year of customer service experience.
- Is dependable, hardworking, and punctual.
- Enjoys interacting with people and creating positive experiences.
- Is excited to learn about authentic handcrafted gelato.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- References required.
