Our Dermatology team is looking for a Clinical Support Associate II to support Dr. Kevin Ciriacks’ practice at our Brookfield and Sussex clinics. This role offers the opportunity to grow your specialty skills while working with a provider focused on patient education, evidence-based care and helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment.

Schedule
• Tuesday, Brookfield: 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday, Brookfield: 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM
• Thursday, Sussex: 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM
• Friday, Sussex: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
What you’ll do
- Support Dr. Ciriacks throughout the patient visit
• Room patients, document in Epic and provide patient education
• Assist with dermatology procedures and treatments
• Coordinate follow-up care and support clinic workflow
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience
What you’ll need
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant, EMT or LPN program, or qualifying clinical experience consistent with the role
• Applicable Wisconsin licensure, if applicable
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification, or ability to obtain before start
